International Desk: Permission to start flights on 37 International Route. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued notifications for launching international flights to 36 countries with special conditions.

An announcement has been issued to resume international flights from Saturday (May 1). This decision will remain in force until further notice.

This information has been given in a press release signed by the private secretary and public relations officer of Bebichak chairman Mohammad Sohail Kamruzzaman.

As a result of this management, stranded migrants will have the opportunity to go to their respective destinations or workplaces.

The 36 countries that have been allowed to resume flights have been divided into two groups, ‘A’ and ‘B’. Citizens of Bangladesh in Group A can return to the country only with the special permission of the embassy. Passengers from Group B countries must return to the country and complete a 14-day quarantine.

There are 12 countries in Group A. These are Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Georgia, India, Iran, Mongolia, Oman, South Africa and Tunisia.

Group B has 26 countries. These are: Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belgium, Chile, Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Kuwait, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, Slovenia, Slovenia, , Turkey and Uruguay.

In the notification, 14 days of formal quarantine has been made compulsory for the passengers coming from these countries. In addition, passengers from non-listed countries have been asked to strictly observe 14 days home quarantine subject to bringing PCR negative certificate.

As an exception, 3 countries in the Middle East (Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait) are on the list of risky countries, but passengers from there will follow the current three-day institutional quarantine management.

The next 11 days will be considered for home quarantine or isolation based on the results of the health examination.
