Mymensingh: People of different unions of Trishal Upazila have become jobless due to the stalemate caused by the ongoing lockdown in the fight against the 2nd wave of deadly novel corona virus. Nuruddin Khan Welfare Trust of Trishal has extended a helping hand to all these helpless families.
On Saturday (April 24) morning, Nuruddin Khan Welfare Trust organized 10 kg rice, 4 kg potato, 1 kg boot, 1 kg oil, 1 kg oil among 1300 extremely poor families of different classes and professions at the premises of Zahirul Uloom Dakhil Madrasa in Dhanikhola Dakshin Bhatipara village, Trishal, Mymensingh. , Two and a half kg of mudri and Rs. 200 in cash were distributed.
Monirul Haque Khan, director of the Nuruddin Khan Welfare Trust, said the Nuruddin Khan Welfare Trust has extended a helping hand to the needy people during the ongoing epidemic. In the first phase, before the start of Ramadan, 100 families were given 25 kg of rice, 5 kg of mudri, 3 kg of boots, 2 kg of pulses, 2 liters of oil, 4 kg of potatoes and in the second phase, 1300 families were given 10 kg of rice, 4 kg of potatoes, 1 kg of boots. , 1 liter of oil, 1 kg of pulses, two and a half kg of mudri are provided. In the third phase, 1 kg of mudri, 1 kg boot and 200 rupees in cash are being given to each person.
